If a session is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, In case of a no-show, 50% of the session fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7-14 business days.
Full Refunds:
A full refund will be provided if the session is canceled more than 12 hours in advance.
Outstanding Payments:
Clients with unpaid dues for one session will not be permitted to book subsequent sessions until the outstanding balance is cleared.
